She is widely recognized for her strategic approach to organizational management, workforce empowerment, and community advancement.Throughout her career, Danna has partnered closely with executive teams to develop and launch innovative, high-impact employee lifecycle programs encompassing recruitment, talent management, conflict management, policy creation, process improvement, and organizational design. Her leadership style is both visionary and pragmatic—grounded in ethics, accountability, and collaboration. She has partnered with numerous Board of Directors to establish strategic goals, strengthen compliance and risk management, optimize financial performance, and cultivate a culture of excellence and inclusion. Her leadership has helped drive measurable improvements in engagement, retention, and operational efficiency while ensuring alignment with the organization mission.Deeply committed to community leadership, Danna has long demonstrated a passion for service and civic engagement. She has held multiple leadership roles with Arkansas Children’s Hospital Circle of Friends, including State Board President of 13 Chapters, and served on the Russellville Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors, where she has held the offices of Chair, Vice Chair, Secretary, and Treasurer. Additionally, she was a dedicated Board Member and Director of Volunteer Support for the RussVegas Foot Races Foundation, managing more than 500 volunteers annually for charitable events that benefit the region.Danna is a proud 2021 Leadership Arkansas Class XV Graduate exemplifying the program’s mission to inform, inspire, and engage civic and business leaders across the state and was honored among the 2024 Top 50 Women Leaders in Arkansas by Women We Admire.
