The Boys & Girls Club of the Arkansas River Valley is now available for rentals! Perfect for events, tournaments, and parties!
Rental requests should be sent to jthomas@bgclubsarv.org
All rentals are subject to approval by the Chief Executive Officer and/or the Board of Directors. To prioritize our mission and the children we serve, we do not rent the facility if a request disrupts normal club hours or athletic functions, such as basketball or volleyball games or practices.
Reservations are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. A minimum deposit of $500.00 is required for facility rentals, and deposits for Birthday Parties are determined by package selection (see Birthday Rentals below). The total bill must be paid in full at the time of reservation. The signed user agreement must also be returned to the office to secure the date.
All renters must provide proof of proper event/liability insurance, which must be submitted and approved before the event.
