To qualify for a discount on the Summer 2026 Membership, the child must receive any one of the following DHS Benefits:
Transitional Employment Assistance (TEA)
Medicaid or CHIP (Including ARKids)
Supplemental Security Income (SSI) or Supplemental Security Disability (SSD)
Woman, Infant, & Children (WIC)
Housing and Urban Development (HUD), Section 8 or Public Housing
Workforce Innovation and Opportunities Act (WIOA)
Before checking out in the online portal, the guardian must:
Go to the local DHS office and ask for a Benefits Verification Form.
Then, they must bring the Benefits Verification Form to the Russellville
Unit between 9am and 1pm M-F. *They must bring this form to the Russellville Office within THREE DAYS of beginning the registration process. After three days, their registration will be null and void and they must start the process again– pending availability.
Registration MUST be completed by March 15th in order to have this billing schedule.
If registering between billing cycles, the total for the missed billing cycle(s) MUST be paid at time of registration.
